Who doesn’t love a superhero flick? You know how it goes… some awesome human running around in spandex trying to make the world a better place. Well, Jon wants that to be you – you’re the person in the spandex (yes, probably running), you’re the person making your world a better place. Every hero needs a sidekick though, right? Enter Jon.
How did you learn about Cronometer?
My Coach Alex Maclin introduced it to me. I have always used MyFitnessPal, but after switching, I haven’t looked back. Now I use it for my nutrition clients as well and they have all been loving the nutrition details and how easy it is to use.
What is your favourite feature?
My favorite feature is being able to look at the detailed nutrition report which shows what micros I am getting (and not getting) and where I can improve. On a coach side, this also gives me more guidance on how I can better serve my clients in knowing exactly what they need right now.
Tell us about your coaching philosophy?
My coaching philosophy is to serve. I am here to be a guide to those ready, willing, and able to make life long change in their health and fitness. I like to view myself as the guide of a heros story. My clients are the heros of their own movie. Every hero needs a guide to help them beat the villain in their life.
