I can&#8217;t remember exactly what year, but I know I started using it as early as 2009 since one of my nutrition mentors was using it.<\/p>\n<p>In 2009 and into 2010, I started documenting everything I ate for 365 consecutive days! I also took photos of each meal and documented every insulin injecting and every blood glucose readings. As a person living with type 1 diabetes, this is a fantastic feature because it tally&#8217;s up all the total carbohydrate in my meals!
