As huge data nerds we were super impressed &#8211; we love seeing people using the tools available within the app for success!<\/p><p>Since then, we&#8217;ve been cheering on Paul throughout his fitness journey &#8211; he&#8217;s lost over 60 pounds! Which is why we were so thrilled when he agreed to be this week&#8217;s Feature Friday! I love using my slow cooker to meal prep and being able to add the ingredients in bulk and see the protein, fat and carb content per meal as I do makes it so easy to get to the right mix! Plus, they&#8217;re saved after, so if you want to make it again, you just have to use the same weight of ingredients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0762afa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0762afa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tell Us About Your Diet<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14c4d3a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14c4d3a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I aim for a calorie deficit of around 1,000 calories per day, plus 200g of protein,\u00a0190-250g carbs and up to 60g fat.<\/p><p>Being able to accurately <a href=\"https:\/\/cronometer.com\/blog\/track-exercise\/\">log exercise<\/a> in Cronometer means I can easily make\u00a0meal\u00a0decisions and achieve the\u00a0intended macros. I enjoy lots of lean meat and fish, rice, lentils and green vegetables, with a few protein bars and shakes thrown in for good measure!
