your preference.<\/p>\n<p>These levels will automatically add a sum to your Energy Burned total at the beginning of the day and won&#8217;t shift unless you&#8217;re making changes to your biometrics within your account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This option would be most ideal for people who don&#8217;t have a lot of varied activities throughout the week and tend to do the same level of exercise most
