I love seeing my cals \/ protein breakdown- but love customizing my nutrient targets as well like seeing my sodium intake, vitamin d, etc! My mindset has shifted 360\u00b0- I look at moving my body as a privilege, and remind myself daily to be grateful that I\u2019ve been able to do this for myself. My lifestyle has also changed for the better- i feel like a new person!
