Software Developer

We are on the hunt for a full stack developer

‍You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web and mobile applications. This requires both excellent server-side programming skills (Java, SQL, AWS) as well as great front-end UI development skills (HTML/CSS, Javascript, iOS, Android).

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Previous experience developing web, mobile web, applications
  • Experience with Java, Javascript, SQL, HTML/CSS, DevOps
  • Experience with version control (git, hg, etc.)
  • Ability to work on a team and independently when needed

Bonus Skills:

  • Interest or knowledge in nutrition and fitness
  • Experience writing web applications in GWT
  • Experience writing mobile applications in Flutter
  • Experience building slick user interfaces
  • Machine Learning / Deep Learning skills

Nutrition Data Analyst

Help us curate our large nutrition database. Get valuable work experience in our tech company!

This is a great position if you:

  • Are smart and have careful attention to detail
  • You have excellent written english skills
  • You are very comfortable working with computers and the internet
  • Have an interest in nutrition and food science

This job will involve a great deal of computer data-entry work like:

  • Transcribing nutrition labels into our database
  • Researching nutrition data from the web
  • tagging and correcting existing items within our database
  • Help us improve the tools, processes, and documentation around our nutrition data curation.
