I am a doctor of chiropractic, in Portland OR, who also practices functional medicine. Addressing dietary issues is a large part of our focus as it impacts our physiology and chemistry. Addressing environmental factors is key for improvements in wellness. I believe that the body has it's own ability to maintain health provided the environment is free of toxins and there are adequate nutrients available in the diet. I teach people the correct way to eat based on each individuals needs and goals.
