Cindy is a board-certified, licensed registered dietitian and holistic health & nutrition educator in private practice in Ashland, MA. Her ideal patient is someone who wants to 1) learn connections between food and health, 2) learn clean, healthy ingredients to put into AND onto their body, 3) meal plan to organize themselves more efficiently in the kitchen, and 4) develop proper systems and structures to make healthier decisions. She and her patient work together to redefine what the patient’s new normal is. Patients who see her fall in three categories: 1) weight loss or gain, 2) eating to manage a medical diagnosis (e.g., IBD, Crohn’s, Celiac, AutoImmune Disorder), and/or 3) managing/eliminating acute or chronic symptoms related to food and chemical allergies/sensitivities/intolerances. Patients see her as a puzzle solver since the journey they want to start on is either new or getting back on track. She is not your typical Dietitian. Her work is tailored for each person.
