Merin has been an athlete for most of her life, and in 2014 was inducted into the Hall of Fame for her time as a US collegiate athlete. She has an "anything is possible" attitude, and loves to assist others in discovering what they're capable of (always with an all-natural approach!). She believes that in order to be healthy, one's lifestyle must truly radiate wellness, starting with nutrition.
She has a sports medicine degree with a focus in exercise physiology and nutrition. She has multiple personal training certificates as well as various certifications such as fitness nutrition and corrective exercise, as well as a certificate in plant-based nutrition.
Merin is also a published author, releasing her first humerus guide to nutrition in 2016 ("How to Use Your Pie-Hole" can be found online through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, and most popular book stores).
In her spare time you'll find her creating a new recipe, playing lacrosse or soccer, or out enjoying nature with her family. She meets with clients all over the globe (via skype, not a private jet), and looks forward to assisting you to improve your nutrition habits!
