The journey to become the best version of myself is an ongoing process. Working full-time while being a single mom of two teenage daughters and completing my education was challenging, but when I received my Master's degree there was a feeling of accomplishment that I can't really describe but changed me. Now I am in the process of putting my business into practice and want to show all that I've learned and my experiences to help women reach their optimal health. I have struggled with depression in the past and have had my time with yo-yo dieting (this mainly aligned with my depression). I've learned that the key to wellness is through nutrition, physical activity, and stress management and these three focuses build the foundation of all of my programs.
