Siphiwe Baleka, a graduate of Yale University and the first African American named to the All-Ivy League Swim Team, is the Driver Health and Fitness Coach at transportation carrier, Prime Inc. He is also the Driver Health Editor for The Trucking Network (Canada) and former Driver Health Editor for Road King Magazine, as well as the founder of Fitness Trucking LLC. While driving for Prime and completing a three year lease, Siphiwe became a two time national masters swimming champion and a competitive age group triathlete, earning him the unofficial title of the “Fittest Truck Driver in America.” His innovative driver health and fitness programs have won numerous awards, and in 2014, his efforts earned Prime the “Healthiest Company Award” at the 2014 CES/Digital Health Summit. A sought after workshop presenter and motivational speaker, Baleka has made presentations and consulted with major companies such as Tyson Foods, General Mills, Bass Pro and Progressive Commercial Insurance. He has been featured in national
media such as Men's Health, Sports Illustrated, NPR, CNN and BBC News. Siphiwe has also made numerous television appearances and has been featured on Fox Sports Live and just last week appeared on Good Morning America to promote his new book, 4 Minute Fit.
