My passion lies with helping others to enhance their life and health through fitness, muscle & strength building, just as it did for me.
Having endured a two-year period of chronic fatigue & illness, I became obsessed with learning more about improving energy levels and overall health without your favourite foods having to be off limits. Once I started my business as a personal trainer, I then experienced massive anxiety induced by stress levels and having no understanding of stress management or its impacts.
Muscle Nerds taught me so much about optimising health & mind first, to then see significantly better results in & out of the gym from less training. I'm eating 4000 kcal a day (at 76kg bodyweight), the strongest and leanest I've been and feeling amazing, and it's my mission to help others experience the same.
