She teaches sound and science-backed nutrition concepts to help clients truly understand the science of food in relation to the body, develop a positive guilt-free mindset/relationship with food. Through 1:1 coaching, Joanna passionately helps individuals reach their health goals with a personalized plan of action, provides clear solutions to personal setbacks including medical limitations, body insecurities, or lifestyle barriers that get in the way of practicing healthy habits.
I offer simple and fun nutrition lessons based upon what area you are most interested in and provide personalized action steps to help you reach your most desired health goals and overcome the barriers you are experiencing in your life. My main goal is that every client feels and sees a true difference in their physical health and adapts to new habits.
I understand the frustration that can come from building new habits and eventually falling back into the old ones repeatedly. This is why I work tirelessly to come up with solutions that are sustainable and easy to follow.
