We offer in-person classes, workshops and educational dinners, online group support, meal plans, and one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions for those who would like more in-depth support with nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Our intention behind Joule Health + Wellness is to help anyone on a specialized diet or on a journey to improve their health navigate their dietary needs and lifestyle changes. We’re here to provide you with support, guidance, and education around therapeutic diet protocols.
Marné Minard, a native Oregonian, found the Joule Crafted Nutrition family and immediately felt like she was at home. The passion and dedication she feels for nutrition, health, and wellness is in direct alignment with the intention behind Joule, which makes it a natural fit. She joins the Joule team with a Master of Science in Nutrition from NUNM, a holistic approach to nutrition and health, and a passion for using food as medicine in the prevention and treatment of the common conditions that many people face. Her focus with clients is on improving their digestive health and finding hormonal balance through the discovery of their own individualized food and lifestyle plan.
Marné is an avid runner, hiker, wild mushroom enthusiast, and foodie. She can be found spending her free time testing out a new recipe in the kitchen, playing in nature, or curled up with a good book and cup of coffee.
