I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach working primarily in and around Northampton Ma. I offer a holistic Nutrition Coaching program via video conference and/or telephone.
Through my exercise and nutrition coaching programs, I help people improve their life. I do this by:
-listening and observing more than talking and lecturing
delivering services with honesty and objectivity.
-basing my programs and prescriptions on credible scientific literature and,
-customizing to each person’s goals, health history, fitness level, age, and training experience.
I do not condone nor practice performance enhancing drugs, supplements nor “fast track” weight management or muscle gaining plans. I empower my clients to make the changes they wish and achieve success in a healthy and satisfying manner.
I primarily work with adults looking to improve their health, and/or physical performance.
My Specialties include:
· helping folks lose fat,
· helping folks with low bone mass improve and,
· preparing adults who wish to return to competitive sports or activities reach peak performance
When not working, I enjoy active pursuits such as playing right field for the Charlton Giants (in a 38+ competitive baseball league), playing tennis, hiking, backpacking, and rock climbing. I also enjoy indoor activities such as playing strategy board games, reading and discussing science fiction literature, dabbling with my guitar, finding creative ways to eat oatmeal, and being a good dad.
