I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area into an Italian-Irish family where I learned how to eat and cook whole foods. I have always been curious about health and diet and over the years have explored a variety of different ways of eating including macrobiotic, vegetarian, gluten free, paleo, low carb and ketogenic. After many years of working as a physical therapist in private practice and seeing lots of unexplained pain that I could not influence, my attention turned to diet and nutrition. It was clear that a lot of musculoskeletal problems and health issues stem from poor diet and lifestyle choices. In 2014, I opened my nutrition practice where I offer one-on-one consultations specializing in gut issues, autoimmune and cancer support. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, travel and cooking. I live in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with my husband and dog Django.
