I began my health journey as a senior in college when I was tired about being uncomfortable and unconfident. Gradually over the years, I've learned more and more about movement and nutrition, and I've become obsessed with learning and helping others to achieve THEIR best life by being the healthiest and happiest version of themselves possible! :) I especially love working with clients who have a history of undereating, empowering them to nourish their bodies and become stronger and take up space in this world!
