Hey there and welcome! I'm Beth, and I have always been passionate about helping children and families grow and thrive through good nutrition. With 14+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist combined with a PhD in Biomedical Science focused on Epidemiology and Population Health (and mom of 4 - so I get it!) I offer personalized nutritional services backed by the latest science-based research. I am particularly passionate about family-based nutrition interventions for children and teens (see my CV to view my research publications). In addition, I completed Postdoctoral training in the Medical Nutrition Industry, and have been serving as a University professor/instructor for over 5 years. ​I founded From the Start Nutrition, LLC, in 2020 to pursue my mission of empowering families everywhere to make informed food choices that promote health and wellbeing, while also fostering a positive and lifelong relationship with food, body, and self.
