Embarking on my health journey, I encountered challenges such as debilitating migraines, a brain injury, and severe stage 4 endometriosis. Through this journey, I discovered firsthand the profound impact of nutrition and lifestyle changes on the body's response to such issues. This realization ignited a passion within me to heal myself and empower others facing similar struggles. Driven by my experiences, I pursued a certification in autoimmune holistic nutrition, recognizing the critical role of diet in managing autoimmune conditions. However, my journey didn't stop there. I am committed to continual growth and learning, and I plan to acquire additional certifications to better serve my clients. In addition to my formal education, I have gleaned invaluable insights from counselors, high-performance leaders, and Christian mentors into optimizing health and lifestyle holistically. I firmly believe that everything is interconnected—physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. If one aspect of our lives is out of balance, it affects our overall health and ability to thrive. Alongside my education and training, I offer practical assistance in navigating insurance, understanding test results, and identifying specialists who can support various health issues. My goal is to provide comprehensive support to my clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their health journey. While I don't claim perfection, I have developed tools and practices to monitor and improve my life daily and strive to live better than the day before.
