I partner with men and women who are seeking personal growth and new ways to make their lives healthier through clean eating, regular physical activity, and developing a personal/work/spiritual balance. In addition, I am also a certified Terrain Advocate. Within this, I am available to work with people on their cancer journey (whether actively cancering or desiring to prevent cancer or reoccurrence) This service is under the guidance of Dr Nasha Winters and the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health which follows the principles as described in the Metabolic Approach to Cancer. I work with clients over the phone or by video conference.
