Hey, I'm Jetahn. I have always had a love for movement and the outdoors. I enjoy fishing, hunting, shooting sports, hiking, camping + trying new & exotic foods in the kitchen. At the age of 44, I ran my first of many half marathons, became a CrossFit coach + got certified in Iyengar yoga. At 50 my health started taking a turn...for the worse. I started suffering with insomnia, had a flare up of Lyme disease, was diagnosed with kidney cancer and gained 40 pounds. These health issues lead me to become a Primal Master Health Coach. I wanted to learn all I could about mental and physical wellness, so I jumped in with both feet becoming certified as a Master Primal Health Coach. After a four-year journey, I am excited to say that my kidney cancer + Lyme are both in remission and I lost the 40 pounds. Now I'm on a personal mission to help as many people with their health journey. I want them to become the best version of themself physically and spiritually. Today, I'm enjoying building my own company, Nourish and Namaste + volunteering with a well established company, Simplex Health.
