I am a Certified Nutrition & Healthy Living Coach helping clients take back control of their food/sugar cravings, their health and their life. I also have over 15 years of pharmacy and healthcare experience, including specialties in compounding, oncology, fertility, organ transplant and ophthalmology. ​ I also specialize in food/sugar addiction as a recovered food/sugar addict myself, down over 100 pounds - I’m determined to help other women do the same. I knew that if I had no idea - no one else did either! I set out to help educate as many people as possible about how shady the food industry is and how we can fight back. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and battles in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence and step into the warrior woman you were born to be. ​ I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing real-life tools to guide you forward and achieve your health and weight loss goals with incredible results.
