Welcome! You made it! I’m Pauline. My passion for wellness in combination with my knack for business and my deep understanding of people have brought me here. As a nutritionist and an executive coach, I have a unique combination of education, training, and experience that informs my practice. Both nutrition and executive coaching involve helping people make changes towards greater health, balance, relationships, confidence, and performance across many spheres of life. Change can be difficult, but it is possible. Regardless of your specific goals, my role as a nutritionist and an executive coach is to show up authentically for you and to utilize my unique skillset and understanding of people, performance, and wellness to help you envision and realize the change that you want for yourself…and then some!
Over 15 years of experience in nutrition counseling and executive health has helped me realize that effective change in any one arena (e.g, work, nutrition, health, relationships, personal life) involves awareness, understanding, exploration, and sometimes modification of other parts of life. I am grateful to be able to offer a practice that holds an integrative understanding of health, leadership, and change processes. Further, my experience in various settings has deepened my understanding of the complexity of individuals, teams, groups, and organizations. I have helped people achieve various goals in the following settings: private practice, small companies, start-ups, large corporate organizations, nonprofit organizations, schools, youth programs, and rehabilitation settings.
