Hi! I'm Roni at Roni's Fierce Fitness. I decided in 2017 that I wanted to be able to help people feel better and live a healthier lifestyle. In my late 20's, I began having some medical conditions that led me back and forth to the doctor's office multiple times a week. After years of being put on pain killers for a herniated disk in my lower, I began having other medical issues. For every medical issue that I endured, a new medication was being added. I grew more concerned about my health when a doctor put me on heart medication, telling me I will have to take it the rest of my life. My son was still a small child at the time, who watched me take pill after pill trying to feel better. My son had no life for a while, and I had enough. I found a doctor who encouraged me to engage in some type of exercise. My son and I joined a martial arts class as a way of bonding and getting some exercise. The exercise helped my back to become stronger, soon leading to not having to take pain medication for it. I began to change my eating habits to a healthier way of eating, which lead to weaning off the medication I was on. I have decided to learn more about nutrition, health, and fitness in order to help others who desire to gain back their life back. Through proper nutrition and fitness plan, you can gain back your strength, energy, and feel all over great! I began my career as a fitness coach in 2017 and progressed to learn more about nutrition to fuel your body!!
