My name is Alyssa and I love helping clients achieve their goals with evidence-based training and nutrition. I’m here to help you!
I’ve been pretty active for most of my adult life but really started getting into fitness after I had my daughter almost 10 years ago. Pregnancy and postpartum was a difficult journey for me. I didn’t feel like I was in control of my body. One day I decided to take back control and do something for me. As a parent that can be much harder than you think. I started out running and really started to love it. From there I started running 5k up to half marathons. After my second pregnancy I shifted into more strength training and endurance. I fell in love with fitness as a whole. I loved the way it made me feel and the community that came along with it. I wanted to help others see what fitness had to offer for anyone at any level. I decided to get certified in personal training and nutrition so I could do just that, help anyone at any level feel comfortable, confident, strong, and in control of their own body.
