I’m Anastasia Dosov, a certified professional in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, with training from the European Institute of Longevity and the Institute for Functional Medicine. Currently, I’m completing my M.S. in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at the University of Western States.
My approach goes beyond symptom management—I analyze health history, symptoms, and biochemistry to create personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle interventions that address root causes. My clients not only improve their health but also lose 10-15 lbs in 2-3 months through sustainable, science-based strategies.
My passion for functional medicine began when my husband achieved remission from Ulcerative Colitis through targeted dietary and lifestyle changes. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of personalized nutrition and epigenetics in optimizing health.
I also love educating others, whether through webinars, seminars, or one-on-one consultations, making complex health concepts accessible and actionable.
