My name is Calvin Tedesco, I am a personal trainer in Chilliwack, BC.
My fitness journey started over a decade ago in a juvenile detention center. Upon release, I moved hundreds of miles away from home and dedicated my life to health & fitness. I competed in boxing, powerlifting, and bodybuilding all while earning a degree in Kinesiology before becoming a full-time coach in 2019
I draw on all my life experience and education everyday as a coach because there's more to it than just the physical body. An individual needs to excel in body, mind, & spirit if they are to create long-term sustainable results that last a lifetime.
