Danielle earned her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama in 2023. She completed her dietetic internship at Meredith College in Raleigh, gaining valuable experience at sites including Central Carolina Hospital, Duke Lifestyle & Weight Management Center, William Peace University, The Poe Center for Health Education, and The Garden at Spring Forest. Danielle is passionate about eliminating restriction and fear around food, rather encouraging her clients to cultivate a healthy, joyful relationship with eating. Danielle rejects the notion of a "one-size-fits-all" nutrition plan, recognizing that each client knows their body best. By partnering with her clients, she helps them discover individualized ways to meet their goals within their lifestyle and budget. She primarily works with adults, focusing on areas such as healthy eating, intuitive eating, weight management, cooking skills, food safety, and Type 2 Diabetes management. During her free time, Danielle enjoys cooking, baking, and trying new coffee shops. You can find her on the weekends exploring the aisles of a grocery store or trying new restaurants with her husband Jordan.
