I'm an early pioneer of combining the new science of nutrigenomics with holistic, integrative health as a practice.
I teach women with chronic health or weight problems to develop custom solutions to modify their diet and lifestyle based on their particular genes and current gut health and stress status. My program is very effective and quicker than prior simple holistic health programs. I also train other health professionals to incorporate the new genomic science into their current health practice to be more effective and be current on the new research.
