Patrick has over a 20 years experience as an endurance coach, nutrition coach, and exercise therapist. After obtaining his undergraduate Honours degree in Psychology and Physical Activity Studies (PAS) at the University of Regina in 2001, he became a Certified Exercise Physiologist (High Performance Specialization). He then completed his Master of Science in PAS in 2007. Patrick also holds a certifications from Precision Nutrition (Level 2 Coach), Metabolic Efficiency Training Specialist, Foundation Training Instructor Level 1, Ironman University, Strong First Strong Endurance, and is also a NCCP Certified Triathlon Coach with a specialty in coaching adults ages 40 and up. Patrick is Triathlon and Running Coach and coaches all levels of athletes from beginner to ultramarathoners/iron distance. He has personally completed over 100 endurance races, competing in two triathlon world championships. Patrick brings a passion and curiosity to learn from others while valuing respect, empathy, kindness, and accountability. This has help create a coaching philosophy based on 3 principles: Show Up in life with the intent and action that will lead to a better version of yourself.
