I’m Shantal Frisbie, a NASM-certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong love for health and fitness. I’ve always been active and enjoy rock climbing, traditional strength training, powerlifting, calisthenics, and more. Over the last five years working in the medical industry, I’ve seen firsthand that lifestyle and prevention are some of the most powerful tools we have for long-term health. For me, working out isn’t just about athletic performance, it’s about improving the quality of everyday life. While I love getting into the gym and throwing weights around, what matters most is feeling capable in the real world, whether that’s exploring new places or carrying my little nephew up and down a hill with ease. My goal as a personal trainer is to help you feel better in your body and build strong, sustainable habits that last a lifetime.
