I have experience with vegetarian, vegan, and paleo diets. I work with my clients to customize a nutrition approach based on their individual goals, taste preferences, and cultural background. My emphasis is on whole, nutritious food first with high quality supplementation recommendations for anything that you are still missing or need extra support with.
