I’m Marie Merritt, the founder of Momentum Fit in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a certified personal trainer for over 20 years, my mission is to empower people to take control of their health and embrace a life of movement and freedom. In 2005, I set out to help people move better so they could move more—rediscovering the joy of an active life. This passion led me to earn my National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) in 2022, reinforcing my commitment to providing the highest level of guidance and support. At Momentum, we believe in “building bodies from the inside out.” True health isn’t just about fitness—it’s about nutrition, recovery, and a supportive environment. Our client-centered approach helps individuals uncover their motivations, create sustainable habits, and feel truly empowered on their wellness journey. Momentum is more than a fitness center—it’s a space where clients can focus on their goals, explore their potential, and build a strong, fulfilling life.
