I’m not here because I was a D1 athlete or because I dreamed of going to {insert national competition name here}. I’m here because I care about helping people. I found fitness in my early 30s because - as it turns out - doing nothing and eating pizza a lot doesn’t do wonders for your health. So I did something about it. I got stronger, fitter, leaner, and more capable. And in the process, I found out that what I wanted - maybe all I had ever wanted - was to live a life of service. So I jumped in with both feet. I’ve learned from some of the world’s best educators, instructors, and coaches in the fields of coaching, nutrition, mindset, psychology, fitness, and human movement. And then, I spent thousands of hours working with hundreds of clients to successfully change their lives. Helping others discover the strength and capacity of their own bodies and minds has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. Let me help you help yourself. Let me help you change your life.
