I’m Coach Chris!
I’m a CPT, got my BS from MIT, and recently graduated from the CSULA DPD program in Nutrition and Dietetics. I love nature, mountain biking, photography, music production … and cooking and baking.
I offer nutrition coaching and all-levels personal training (including functional training, strength training, fitness training, and training for aesthetics). My specialties are: nutrition and body recomposition, health-forward body image counseling, confidence building, and longevity science. I apply a full 360° approach, placing a premium on wellness and injury prevention.
My mission is to make smart strategies for optimal health and fitness accessible and sustainable. Workouts and nutritional plans fine-tuned to your individual capabilities and needs and I teach you how to approach your health and fitness so the methods and movements become more intuitive for you.
All training includes basic, essential nutritional guidance. For those seeking advanced health and dietary counseling , I offer nutrition and lifestyle consults and support, including to in-home cooking and food prep instruction, advanced nutrition topics (including gaining, losing, intensive fat loss tactics, and sustainable lifestyle change) — so you can hold on to your successes for life!
