I am Veronique Hofman, a passionate and committed Christian Orthomolecular Therapist with a background in nutrition and a steadfast faith. I am driven, committed and like to base my work on facts. I made a career switch several years ago and started with two multi-day orthomolecular training modules. Because I wanted more depth and was totally captivated by this science, I started the 4-year college course in orthomolecular medicine in early 2022. I am now completing this training in the form of writing a thesis. Combining the knowledge I have gathered with my knowledge of nutrition, nutritional science, product-, recipe,- development and testing gained during my education at a Hotel business School in the Netherlands, B.A. (Hons) in Food and Consumer Management at a British University and various positions I held during my professional career. For the greater part my recommendations are science-based. There is a small portion of advice that is not unequivocally scientifically proven but can be considered valid based on experiential knowledge, I do not hesitate to use that as well.
