As a licensed nutritionist, certified health coach, and author of It's Not About The Diet, I empower individuals to reclaim their vitality and strength. My journey to becoming a nutritionist began unexpectedly. Despite a successful corporate career, my life took a turn when I underwent thyroid removal surgery. Frustrated by declining health, I took charge of my well-being and unearthed a transformative healing experience through food. I became determined to share this knowledge. A holistic approach is the most effective path to proper health and wellness. Our well-being is deeply influenced by the food we consume and our lifestyle. It is identifying the gaps and finding a healthy way forward. Integrative Nutrition helps you find the difference between your dietary intake and your required dietary needs by supporting the client through overall lifestyle modifications, emphasizing Nutrition and well-being. You will receive an in-depth analysis of your health, lifestyle, and food choices and how to bridge the gap between your preferences and life goals.

I am a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) pursuing my Doctoral Degree in Clinical Nutrition at Notre Dame of Maryland. I hold a Master's in Nutrition & Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), am a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and have completed courses on Behavior Change and the Science of Well-Being at Yale University. I also completed an internship at the University of Maryland Psychiatric Research Center (MPRC) and authored a book chronicling my journey with hyperthyroidism, titled It's Not About The Diet.
