I'm a big believer in working as a team,blending: a) your personal experience of your health concerns (nobody knows it better, right?) b) my clinical experience and research-based understanding c) a collaborative approach to next steps d) self-compassion, kindness, support, and a few laughs! 😊 As a degree-trained Clinical Nutritionist, I have a root-cause approach - which means I look for the “why” of what’s happening for you. Together, we'll devise a highly personalised, wholistic approach to restore your natural state of balance. No two programs are the same - it is unique to your bio-signature and health needs. Real food is a much more powerful tool than we realise! Even small changes and swaps can make a big difference to how you feel. My passion for nutrition therapy is a personal one: at age 6 my son's life changed dramatically using a nutrient-dense diet, and I have lived experience of successfully treating my own long-term struggles with obesity, binge-eating disorder, IBS, and mental health issues.
