I am graduate of Stony Brook University with a BA in Education. Years after teaching and inspired by my diagnosis of premature ovarian failure, I became a certified Health Coach and Nutritionist studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I also obtained a secondary certification in nutrition, wellness and lifestyle from the Nutritious Life Studio.
Based in Los Angeles and a die-hard fitness and wellness junkie, I see clients from all over the US. My mission is to help women find true balance and peace with their bodies and lifestyle so they can focus on the things that matter and enjoy this second phase of life.
