For many decades I was in a constant search to find a way to be healthy. During this search my immune system health tanked. My metabolism became seriously unhealthy. I was told by my doctor I had to go keto because my kidneys were NOT healthy. I had never heard of “keto” – more research…I found an internal medicine doctor who taught people how to heal their bodies at a cellular level, using therapeutic ketogenic eating. She taught them how to maintain their new level of health. The doctor’s name is Dr Annette Bosworth (AKA Dr Boz). Northern Sister: The Keto Coach was born as a result of me wanting to help others who have struggled to be healthy, as did I. I am an alumna of Dr. Boz’s “Consistently Keto” and BRAINS: From Trauma To Repair courses. I chosen by Dr Bosworth to be 1 of the 11 originally trained coaches for The 21-Day Metabolic Kick Course.
