I obtained a Master of Science from Rutgers University, as well as a Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Health Related Professions, where I mastered competency in nutrition assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for adults with variety of medical and nutritional diagnoses.
I also studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and re-educated myself on 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in medical nutrition therapy, holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.
I work with my clients to NOURISH their mind, body, and soul, while helping them to make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
