I grew up in Brazil with a passion for fitness and sports, playing professional soccer at the youth level for America, FC in Belo Horizonte for many years. I earned a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in health, fitness, and recreation resources from George Mason University, where I obtained Summa Cum Laude honors for both degrees. As an adult, I competed in Olympic Weightlifting competitions throughout the U.S., finishing third place at the 2015 National Masters Championships. I saw the value of being healthy and always knew I wanted to help others improve their health. My first experience as a trainer was with the U.S. Air Force at RAF Mildenhall, England. For the last 17 years, I have been coaching military members, executives, youth athletes, and weekend warriors to give my clients a proven workout program that translates to everyday life and long-term success, helping to transform them into a Total Athlete.
