I graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a concentration on Athletic Training in 2007 and went on to earn my Master’s in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University. Immediately after graduate school, I was fortunate enough to land a great job at Dickinson College where I held the position of Association Athletic Trainer working primarily with football, field hockey and lacrosse athletes but helping oversee all aspects of the Sports Performance and Sports Medicine programs.
Throughout my career, I developed a passion for performance, health, fitness training and nutrition. I have successfully implemented my training programs with hundreds of clients, patients and athletes over the past 15 plus years.
Now I am bringing that knowledge and expertise to Richmond Training Systems where I help people get fit, healthy and maximize performance.
