I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with a Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Mount Mary University. I’ve been working in the nutrition and fitness space since 2012, and my career began through my own transformation after discovering strength training and evidence-based nutrition. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve seen how overwhelming and confusing the health space has become. Between fad diets, social media trends, and extreme approaches, many motivated individuals feel stuck — especially those dealing with bloating, fatigue, digestive issues, low energy, or repeated weight cycling. My work focuses on helping adults build sustainable, evidence-based habits that support individual long-term health — not quick fixes. I start by looking at the full picture: nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, mindset, and lifestyle patterns. Instead of chasing symptoms, we identify root contributors and build a realistic Education is central to my work. My goal is not just to tell you what to do — it’s to teach you how to think critically about your health so you feel confident navigating it independently. Health should feel empowering, not restrictive. You don’t need another reset, detox, or rigid program. You need clarity, consistency, and a strategy that works in real life. My goal is to help you reach your outcomes and “graduate” with the tools to sustain them long term. If you choose to continue working together, wonderful — but you won’t need to rely on me to maintain your progress. My goal is to provide structured guidance, accountability, and support — while equipping clients to filter out misinformation and make informed, confident decisions about their own individual health.
