Hi! I’m Shawn. I am a nutrition coach / pizza connoisseur and I’m here to coach you to become a better, stronger, sexier version of yourself. Before we begin, let me tell you that what you see today was not always the case. 10 years ago, I was 70 pounds heavier, un-healthy, miserable, lonely, and ashamed of my body. I know the pain. I know the struggles. I know first hand how hard this process can be. I am not someone who is genetically gifted. This doesn’t come easy for me and I know it doesn’t come easy for you. I’ve spent years working hard through many failures to figure out what worked for me. With my personal experience, as well as my constant pursuit of gaining knowledge to become the best coach possible (Certified through Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 2, NCI Level 1, Crossfit Level 1, and more!), I am confident that working together we can achieve any goals you set forward and finally become the person that you want to be.
