Biography
Fitness and well-being has been an aspect of Coach Mady’s life since she was a small child. From running around the family farm to helping with meal preparation, the intention of health has always been on the forefront of her mind. She began her love of sports with competitive swim relays and soccer. After moving to Minnesota, she knew that she had to take advantage of the warm weather by getting outside to hike and experience a few of the 10,000 lakes. In high school, she played volleyball – school and club – as well as Barre classes and regular weight lifting. This is where her passion for wellness truly began. Coach Mady’s style is a holistic approach with functional strength, incorporated stretching and fueling your body for the things you enjoy! She believes that life is all about peace, balance and intention.
