Biography
I work with clients who want to improve the quality of their lives using a whole foods nutrient dense based diet. I graduated from the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley in 2009, and have been empowering my clients to make lifelong dietary changes since. I love what I do and enjoy the positive impact I make on my client's lives. Face to face in person meetings are my first choice but I will work with clients remotely too on a regular basis. An advocate of organic, local, and seasonal whole foods, I coach my clientele on methods of restoring and maintaining lifelong health and vitality via diet and lifestyle changes. I will design a customized whole-foods-based wellness programs to meet your specific needs. I addition we will discuss exercise, sleep and stress, and create a complete, holistic approach to your wellness. I use the principles of the Anti-Inflammatory Diet to address many health conditions. My specialties include Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other digestive disorders, food allergies, joint inflammation, weight management, detox, blood sugar regulation, anti-aging, and cancer.
