Aimee Gallo is a Certified Nutritionist specializing in functional medicine and fitness. She has had a passion for nutrition for over 20 years and has recognized the importance of exercise in maintaining health for nearly as long.
Aimee received her personal trainer education through the University of Alaska in 2001 and became nationally recognized through the American Council of Exercise. She went on to get her Bachelor's in Nutrition with a Minor in Exercise Science from Bastyr University and her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from University of Western States in 2018.
Aimee integrates aspects of functional medicine testing to help her and her clients better understand how to address the root causes of bodily imbalances and to fine tune nutrition and supplementation to bring vibrancy back to her clients and allow them to “age backwards”, feeling younger when they leave than when they began.
She utilizes her skills as a coach and practitioner to work closely with her clients and find unique methods that work for the individual, no matter where they are at on their eating and exercise spectrum.
