Ryan Brown, BCDFN, AFMCP, is a Board Certified Functional Nutritionist and Certified Health & Longevity Coach. He trained in Applied Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). He is the founder and CEO of Vital Edge Wellness and owns OsteoStrong Greater Philadelphia, which has centers in Limerick, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ. Ryan's work sits where nutrition, strength and bone health meet. Many of his clients are in midlife and later, and want to stay strong, keep their independence and age on their own terms. He starts from each person's real data: food logs, body composition, strength measures and lab work. From there he builds a plan they can actually follow. He doesn't hand out generic meal plans. He sets targets, tracks progress in Cronometer, and adjusts as results come in.
