I began an interest in health and nutrition upon graduating college. Soon after this time, my brother was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and I went on a path of learning about the body's innate ability to heal. After many master's level and pre-medical science, health and nutrition courses, I became a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant to share my passion for wellness and optimal health with others. I am completed my Master's of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT. I specialize in digestive wellness, metabolic disorders, auto-immune issues, weight loss, and motivating clients! I will help you construct a foundation for wellness nutrition based on current scientific research, assist in your development of healthy eating habits, and offer a personalized nutrition plan for optimizing health.
